From the first phase of the process, collection, the computer network links Transportes Souto’s head office with its local offices and allows for the information to flow throughout the company. The system collects, identifies and transmits the data of each of the services online.

The “shipment status” files can be consulted by our clients on the Internet and can even be sent to their own system. In the latter case Transportes Souto provides the Client the programme required for their private use.

This integral onscreen management starts at collection and continues during the whole operative process which allows for its chronological tracking.
